Patricia's family has announced the Celebration of Life for her.  It will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Willard Moose Lodge, 220 East Walton Street, Willard, OH 44890.

Patricia Ann (Collins) Andrade of Mansfield, Oh. passed on December 13, 2023, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus.  She was born June 3, 1954, in Willard to Mary Jane (Bolen) and Clarence Ray Collins.  Patricia loved spending time with her family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her father, Clarence Ray Collins; 2 sons, Jeffery and Jeremy Collins; 3 sister, Nancy (Jeff) Boyd, Tilitha "Tyi" (Richard) Tackett, and Keisha Collins; 5 grandchildren, Sean Collins, Logan Eckert, Arianna Davis, Damien Collins and Izabella Randolph; 2 aunts and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jane Holbrook; 3 brothers, Charles, Jimmy, and Ronnie Collins; niece, Julie Pollard and grandson, Austin Collins.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date and interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven.  The staff of the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W. Main Street, Greenwich, Ohio 44837 assisted the family with arrangements.  Online condolences maybe made at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
