Patricia Ann Ayers, 88, of Wellington, died Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at home with her husband of 67 years by her side. Born on July 29, 1929 in Alliance, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Gladys (nee Benjamin) Herrick. Patricia was a 1948 graduate of Wellington High School and lived most of her life in the Wellington area. Patricia worked as a police dispatcher for many years and was also a cosmetologist. She also worked at the Wellington Hospital in the X-Ray department as well as for American Greeting. Survivors include her husband Leonard; children Robert Ayers, Christine (Timothy) Radachi, and Martin (Bonnie Casper) Ayers, and former daughter-in-law, Susan Ayers all of Wellington; grandchildren Christa, Rosalee, Aleta, Katherine, Laura, and Jason; great grandchildren Katelyn, Carli, Raquel and Jayson. Friends and family will be received on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 6-9 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St, Wellington.
