Patricia A. "Pat" Sellinger, 84, of Bellevue, Ohio, and formerly of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2023, at Bellevue Care Center.  She was born on December 12, 1938 in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Fred and Thelma (Zink) Sellinger and graduated from Norwalk High School.

A friend to everyone, Pat was a gifted artist who enjoyed painting, calligraphy, and writing poetry.  She often gave her poems to friends and family as gifts for life events such as birthdays, weddings, and funerals.  Pat was an active member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She was the first woman elected to the Church Council and Financial Secretary for the church for over 40 years.  In addition to her church work, Pat did accounting work for A.J. Riley and Charles Hipp.

She is survived by her sister, Helen Sellinger, and many cousins.

In keeping with Pat's wishes she will be cremated.  A memorial service is planned for 11 a.m,, (with a memorial gathering beforehand, from 10-11 a.m.) on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 243 Benedict Ave., Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.  Pastor Ann Marshall will preside over the memorial service.  Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, or the Huron County Humane Society, 246 Woodlawn Ave., Norwalk, Ohio 44857.  Online expressions of sympathy may be made by visiting: www.walkereastmanheydingerfh.com
