Patricia "Pat" A. Scheid, age 85, of New London, died on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Kingston of Ashland. Born November 17, 1939 in Syracuse, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Helen Louise (Belonge) Smith. A 1958 graduate of Onadaga Valley High School in New York, Pat moved to New London in 1966, where she spent the rest of her life.

She enjoyed quilting and loved animals.

Survivors include Pat's children, Cheryl (Kevin) Randleman of New London, Judi (Len) Sennish of Brecksville, William Hendrickson of TN, Amy (Noel) Bouchard of Portland, OR, and Christine Hendrickson of Olena; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and her special pets, Punkin and Toby.

Pat was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Hendrickson; second husband, Robert Scheid; special friend Sid Lengyel; and her life-long best friend, Sue Culbertson.

Private graveside services were held at Grove Street Cemetery.
