Patrick A. Hopkins

Patrick A. Hopkins, 66, of New London, Ohio died on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Patrick was born on October 27, 1959, in Norwalk, Ohio, the son of the late Theodore and Marilyn (Huber) Hopkins.

Patrick was a lifelong resident of New London, a 1977 Graduate of New London High School and EHOVE Career Center. He was a self-employed contractor who focused on exterior home improvement. Patrick was a member of the New London Eagles Arie 2869, where he made many lifelong friends. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Navy from 1980 to 1984. During his service time, he served on the USS John F Kennedy (CV 67).

Patrick is survived by his brothers, Gary (Robin) Hopkins and Mark Hopkins, several nephews and long-time friends. In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his brother, William “Bill” Hopkins.
