Paul Gene Blair, 92, of Shiloh, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in Willard. He was born on January 4, 1924 in Kentucky, to the late Charlie and Plynia (Bolen) Blair. Paul served in the US Army during WWII. He worked many years at the Ohio Seamless Tube Company in Shelby, where he retired in the early 1980's. He loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his wife, Claudine; daughter, Tammy (Monroe) Barnett and 4 grandchildren, Travis Barnett, Nathan Barnett, Adam Barnett and Brittany Barnett Taylor. A private graveside service will be held.
