Norwalk, Ohio - Paul A. Locke, 75, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Survived by his wife, Thelma J. (Roberts) Locke of Norwalk, Ohio, by his sister, Mary Stantz of Bryan, Ohio, and several aunts, nieces, and nephews. There will be no calling hours or service.
