Norwalk, Ohio - Paul R. Slavik, 70, passed away on Sunday, August 19, at OSU Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Slavic, parents, Ray and Betty Slavik, and brother-in-law, John Kaiser Jr. He's survived by his son, Christopher Slavik, siblings, Sheila Kaiser, Dean Slavik, June Rapp, Loren Slavik, and their families, and by his good friend Don Leake.
