Pauline Nelson, 79, of New London, Ohio died on Monday, September 30, 2024, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on January 24, 1945, in New London, Ohio, the daughter of the late Floyd and Burnitta (Schaffer) Murr.

Pauline was a lifelong resident of the New London area.  She married David M. Nelson and together they shared 60 beautiful years of marriage until his passing on May 17, 2021.  Pauline enjoyed watching and feeding the birds and hummingbirds.  She enjoyed fishing when she had the chance and liked to crochet.  Spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her.

Pauline is survived her sons, David (Bobbie) Nelson of New London, Brad Nelson of Greenwich and daughter, Annette Nelson of Greenwich; grandchildren, Hollie (Josh) Mills, Amber (Austin) Hintz and Alison (Jason Anderson) Nelson; and great grandchildren, Brayden Mills, Bryson Mills, Alexa Mills, Dawson Hintz, Emmarie Hintz; and a brother, Pete Murr of Norwalk.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters.
