Philip J. Simulcik, Jr., 33, of New London, died Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at his residence. He was born May 26, 1978 in Lorain County and lived most of his life in the Wellington area. He graduated from Wellington High School / JVS in 1996. Philip enjoyed camping and snowmobiling, gold prospecting and motocross. Survivors include his companion, Mindy Wright; daughter, Sophia; father, Philip J. (Melva) Simulcik of Lorain; mother, Patty (Tim) Galo of New London; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Simulcik; brothers, Shaun (Mandy) Simulcik, Michael Simulcik and Ryan Simulcik; 2 nephews, Dylan and Brycen and niece, Madison. There will be no services. Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, Wellington assisted with arrangements.
