Phylis Ann Regal, 80, of Wellington, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at New Life Hospice in Lorain. Born on September 26, 1936 in Wellington, She was the daughter of the late Paul and Hazel (nee Beal) Dague. Phylis spent most of her life in the Wellington area. Phylis worked at Lodi Medical Center in housekeeping for several years. She enjoyed bowling, going to the movies, and working on puzzles. Phylis cherished her family and enjoyed time spent with children and grandchildren. Survivors include her children Bill (Sandee) Regal, of Penfield, Chris Smith, of Wellington, Ted (Teresa) Regal, of Sullivan, and Susan Regal, of Wellington; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings Roy Dague, of San Lorenzo, CA, and Phil Dague, of Wellington. Phylis was preceded in death by her husband William Regal, and son-in-law Don Smith. Friends and family will be received on Friday, April 7, from 10 a.m. until the time of services beginning at 11 a.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington.
