Phyllis Williams, age 79, of New London, died on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Gaymont Nursing Home in Norwalk surrounded by her loving family. Born June 2, 1946 in New London, she was the daughter of the late Cliff and Evelyn (Peterson) Chandler. Phyllis graduated from New London High School in 1964 and worked for Sew Line in New London for several years.

A creative person, Phyllis enjoyed sewing and coloring. She also loved to be outside, and gardening was another of her favorite pastimes.

Survivors include her daughter, Mindy (Ryan) Kistler of New London; son, Bill (Mandy) Collins of New London; grandchildren, Tanner, Dalton, and Shyanne; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Linda (Rich) Perry of New London. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Evelyn Chandler.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 begining at 11:00 a.m.  at the Alliance Church, 4525 OH-162, New London, OH 44851. Memorial service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 12:00 p.m.. A luncheon will follow services at the New London Eagles.
