Phyllis A. Williams, 59, of Cleveland, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Fisher-Titus
Medical Center after a short illness. She was born on August 14, 1949 in Marietta moved to Canton in 1960. Phyllis then moved to Cleveland and has lived there since around 1970. She worked at the Northfield Park for over 20 years and had been a Supervisor.
Survivors include her mother, Donna J. Randleman of New London; companion, James
W. Kelly of Cleveland; 3 sisters, Karen C. (Roy) Cochran of New London, Arleda Carter of Norwalk, Rebecca (James) Pryor of New London; 3 brothers, Rodney (Dorothy) and Greggory (Deborah) Marshall both of Belpre, and William (Teresa) Marshall of New London and a host of nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her father, Clayton Marshall, Jr., stepfather, Randolph Randleman and brother, Terry Lynn Marshall.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 20th at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday with Pastor Deborah Marshall officiating.
