Eastman Funeral Home 419-929-3781 Preston Dennis Golding, age 60, died Friday, May 20, 2016 at Shelby Pointe Nursing Home in Shelby, Ohio. He was born on November 9, 1955 the son of the late Preston Palmer and Jean "Betty" (nee McConnell) Golding. Preston was an accomplished roller dance skater, chef and musician. He was a talented pianist and drummer, and was also very good with computers. He was a member of the NRA and he enjoyed target shooting. Preston had worked previously as a chef for the Elyria Country Club, a lab tech at LCCC, and a computer technician working on computer chips at RELTEC. Preston's survivors include his sister Saundra Golding of Sheffield village, and several cousins. A graveside committal will be held at 11 am on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Grove Street Cemetery, New London.
