Rachelle N. Shepherd, 32, of New London, Ohio passed away at her home on May 18, 2021. She was born on March 16, 1989 to Stephanie (Hall) Shepherd and Martin Shepherd.

Rachelle was her mom's blessing. She was a fighter who had the biggest heart. She loved everyone. She lost her battle to a lifetime of health issues. Rachelle was a loving daughter, aunt, niece, cousin, and sister. She was selfless and giving, living her life to please and provide for her mom, Selena, Destini, Deker, and Taelynn, and her brothers Steven and John.

Rachelle dedicated her life to being a caretaker to the kids. She was sure to always provide memorable birthdays and holidays. She always shared their memories on Facebook.

In addition to her parents, Rachelle is survived by her nieces and nephews, Selena Kwiatkowski, Destini Shepherd, Deker Kwiatkoski, and Taelynn Shepherd; aunts and uncle, Shannon Hall, Sherry (Ron) Campana, Sandy Hall, and Steven (Brooke) Hall; close cousins (her "brats"), Nurashia Hall and Lauren Scruggs; and her four-legged companion, Burrows.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather and best friend, Stevie Hall.

Her family will receive guests at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London, Ohio 44851, on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her service at 1:00 p.m.
