Ralph E. Scyoc Sr., 79 of LaGrange, died on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake. He was born on December 11, 1940 in East Liverpool, West Virginia and lived in Ohio most of his life.

Ralph proudly served in the US Army from 1961-1963. He retired from General Motors after 31 years and was a member of Kipton Community Church. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, golfing and camping. Most of all, Ralph loved his family and his country. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left to treasure his memory is his loving wife, Shirley Scyoc; children, Daryl of AZ, Ralph Jr. of Medina; step children, Dee of LaGrange, Kimberly of IN and Tracey of GA; 6 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Michael; his parents and several brothers and sisters.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 6-8 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street Wellington, where services will be held on Tuesday, November 10 at 11 am. Pastor Lee Stull will officiate and burial with military honors will follow at Rochester Cemetery.
