Raymond Reid Prindle, age 63, of Wellington, died Sunday morning, August 10, 2008 at The Renaissance Health Center, Olmsted Township, Ohio after a lengthy illness. He was born January 17, 1945 in Erie, PA., son of the late Lloyd R. and Sarah (Parkovich) Prindle. He grew up in Girard, PA., and moved to Wellington in 1979. Mr. Prindle was a 1962 graduate of Girard High School and a 1966 graduate of Lock Haven State College. He worked at Lorain Community Hospital for 10 years, later finishing his career in sales. He was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Ray was an avid sports fan and loved playing golf. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy (Ritter) Prindle; his son, Michael (Kendra) Prindle of Fishers, Indiana; his daughter, Traci (Kyle) Daniels of Wellington; 4 grandchildren; 4 brothers and 2 sisters, Don of Virginia, Dennis of Florida, Blaine of Pennsylvania, Sherry of Florida, Lloyd of Ohio and Lloys of Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Eddie Prindle. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 15, 2008 at the Norton ' Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St., Wellington.
