Regina (Jeannie) Noble of Greenwich, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord, on June 16, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She was born March 6, 1950, in Gunlock, Kentucky to the late Willie and Ruth (Hale) Whitaker. After her children entered school, Jeannie joined the workforce working at U-Brand for many years before joining MTD where she worked until her retirement in 2013. Jeannie’s faith in Jesus Christ was a cornerstone of her life. Baptized in Christ, she lived with compassion, grace, and a deep trust in God’s promises. She loved to sew, gifting many quilts to loved ones. She enjoyed gardening and had a real passion for photography, with a photograph titled “His Answer” being selected for display at the Mansfield Art Center. Jeannie didn’t know a stranger and loved spending time with family. She is survived by her son, Bryan (Angela) Oney of Pataskala, OH; daughters, Carla (Eric) Rohner of Norton, OH, Lisa (Eric) Coey of Greenwich, OH; grandchildren, Dalton, Brandon and Journee Oney; Alison (Alec) Ruther and Madeline (Emmanuel) Maillis; Austin (Brooke), Hayden (Courtney) and Carson Coey; great grandchildren, Josephine and Lincoln Ruther, Ryker and Wesley Maillis, Jaxon and Mya Coey and Mason and Boen Coey. She is also survived by her brother, Lanny (BJ) Whitaker of Ashland, OH; sisters, Judy (Richard) Starcher of Greenwich, OH, Alma Carney of North Fairfield, OH, Rita (Dee) Bowling of New London, OH, LaDonna Hicks, of Clyde, OH, and April (Ron) Graves of New Bern, NC; sisters-in-law, Regina Whitaker, of Willard, OH, Sally Oney, of Blairsville, GA, Mary (Lee) Chronister of Shiloh, OH; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family. Jeannie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Noble; her parents, Willie and Ruth (Hale) Whitaker; brothers, Danny Whitaker, and Linzie Oney; sister, Louanna and husband Don Hall; brothers-in-law, Joe Carney and Steve Hicks; and sister-in-law Carolyn and husband Harry Seaman

Friends and family will be received on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of services beginning at 2p.m. at Messiah’s House of Prayer, 74 Pettit St, Shiloh, OH. Bill Howell, Ron Carey and John T. Hale will be officiating. Burial will be immediately following at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Shiloh, OH. There will be a memorial dinner held at the Messiah’s House of Prayer following graveside services. Memorial contributions made in Jeannie’s name may be directed to Home Away at the Mercy Health Fondation, 2213 Cherry St., Administrative Office ACC, Toledo OH, 43608.
