Norwalk, Ohio – Richard A. "Rich" Wise, 43, of Norwalk, died on November 12, 2019 at the University of Toledo Medical Center.  He was born on December 14, 1975 to Gloria (Quillen) and the late Charles Wise in Cleveland.

Rich was a good friend who loved his family and was cherished by his nieces and nephews.  He loved camping, family get togethers, traveling, and listening to music, and was a junk food junkie.

Survivors include his mother, Gloria Marett; siblings, Mike, Tommy, Chucky, Jennifer, Lois, Rhonda and Sara; 18 nieces and nephews; 2 great nephews and 1 great niece.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his uncle "Chip", grandfather, and grandmother.
