Obituary

Robert A. "Bob" Ryan, 64, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on April 25, 2020 at Firelands Regional Medical Center.  He was born on July 23, 1955 in Bellevue to the late Robert and Joyce (Beatty) Ryan.  He was a lifelong area resident.

Bob was a family man who served his country as part of the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, hunting, golfing, grilling.  He also enjoyed traveling to Mexico with his wife and his friends, and watching military movies, Star Trek, wrestling, and James Bond movies.

He was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church and Norwalk Eagles Aerie #711.

Bob worked for 25 years for Wm. Dauch Concrete, Norwalk, and most recently at Concrete Material Supply in Clyde.

Survivors include his loving wife of over 38 years, Sally A. (Reddix) Ryan; children, Tammy R. (Jamie) Cutcher of Fitchville, David A. (Shawn) Key of Norwalk and Nicholas A. (Julie) Ryan of Wakeman; grandchildren, Marissa, Macey, Meritt, Avery, Nolan and Jocelyn; great grandchildren, Amelia and Waylon; siblings, Rusty (Mary) Ryan, Steven Ryan, Jeffrey Ryan and Timothy Ryan and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Hutchinson.

A celebration of life is being planned for a later date at Victory Christian Fellowship Church.
