Robert Allen Frye, 74, of Wellington, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 7, 2015 surrounded by his family at the New Life Hospice Center. Born in Lorain on January 16, 1941, Bob was a son of the late Justin Kent and Lois (nee Sharp) Frye. He retired from Ford Motor Company. Bob enjoyed Nascar, watching Poker and eating breakfast. His main focus in life was his wife and taking care of his family. Bob is survived by his wife of 38 years, whom he met at Tiffany's, Karen (nee Roby); children, John (Nancy) Frye, Martha Williamson, Ardeth Ellis, Tammy (Jeff) Mason, Julie (Tim) Rolfe; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Survivors also include his siblings, Richard (Lynn) Temple, Cheri (Gary) Gersack and Janice (Bill) Atkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Christopher Frye and sister, Rhonda (nee Frye) Terranova. Bob will be missed by all and his dog, Parker. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
