Roger M. Wilgor, 61, of Nova, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 2, 2019.  He

was born on January 4, 1958 in Elyria, Ohio, the son of Roger and Arlene (Sachs)

Wilgor.

Roger grew up in North Ridgeville and graduated from North Ridgeville High

School.  He spent many years in Wellington before moving to Nova in 2005.  He

loved model trains and was a fireworks fanatic.  Earlier in his life he enjoyed

landscaping and construction.

Roger was happily married to the love of his life, Joannie (Whitt) for 28 years.  In

addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Brittany Wilgor, Tiffany (Ian)

Dowling; grandchildren, Hannah and Noah Dowling; mother, Arlene Wilgor and

his brother, Bruce (Beverly) Wilgor.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Roger Wilgor.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Eastman Funeral

Home, 200 W. Main St., New London, Ohio, where a Funeral Service will take

place on Tuesday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at the Nova Cemetery.
