Obituary

Ronald Vance Clark, 79, of New London, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph. Born to Vance James and Margaret Ann (nee Taitl) Clark in Cleveland on October 6, 1932, Ronald grew up in Maple Heights and moved to New London in 2005. He worked at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, enjoyed traveling and fishing. Known as 'Uncle Ronald' to everyone, he was always a friendly face who loved animals. Survivors include his nieces and nephews, Richard Joseph Kovar, Jr., Patricia Ann Lasure, Annette Frances Markel, Colleen Ann Jordan, James Vance Kovar; 9 great nieces and nephews and caretaker, Russ Cortez. Ronald was preceded in death by his sister, Cordelia Marie Kovar. Visitation will be Saturday, October 29 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington with Father James Reymann officiating. Burial will follow Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland.
