Ronald N. Ingersoll, 82, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. He was born on April 14, 1942 in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Ivan and Irene (Brauer) Ingersoll Hafner. He married Patricia A. (Franks) Ingersoll in 1964 and was married for 45 years before her passing in 2009.

Ron enjoyed being with his family, especially seeing his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was an avid puzzler and a huge fan of the Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Ron was also a Golden Age member of the Norwalk Eagles 711.

He is survived by his twin daughters, Karen (John) Eastman, Sharon (Steve) Woodyard; his grandchildren, Alysha Eastman, Dylan (Holli) Eastman, Nic (Lori) Eastman; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Rich Ingersoll.

In addition to his parents, and his wife, Patricia. He was preceded in death by his brothers Robert and Henry Ingersoll, as well as another brother in infancy.

Visitation will be at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A celebration of life will take place immediately following the visitation period.
