Ronald A. Morehouse, 81, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2020 at the Commons of Providence in Sandusky.  He was born on November 9, 1938 in Norwalk to the late Cadwell and Virginia (Hutchins) Morehouse. Ron graduated from Norwalk High School in 1956.

A man of few words, Ron, will be fondly remembered for his quiet nature and knack for being well liked by all who knew him, regardless of their age.

Ron was a registered State of Ohio surveyor, working for over 50 years.  He began with Mutz and Starkey when he was only 17, later joining Baharoglu and Associates.

Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Janet (Butch) Morehouse; son, Scot (Debra) Morehouse of Waterville, OH; grandchildren, Taylor (Brian) Billings and Jordan (Korey Howe) Morehouse, Drake and Courtney Grine; siblings, Barbara (Ronald) Dee and Linda (Robert) Stecovic; great grandchildren, Hugo and Penelope Billings and son in-law, Mike Grine. Ronald is preceded in death by his daughter, Becky Grine.

A visitation will be held on Sunday March 8, 2020 from 1 P.M. until 3 P.M. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
