Ronald Albert Quast, 71, formerly of Sullivan, passed peacefully on Friday, February 16, 2018 in Debary, Florida. Born on March 6, 1946 in Cleveland, Ronald was the son of the late Albert and Grace (nee Hetky) Quast. He served in the Navy. Ronald worked as a Tool and Die Maker, and later was a computer programmer until he retired. He is survived by his daughters, Mindy (Matthew) Simms, of Florida and Shannon Quast, of New Jersey; and two brothers, Neal Quast of Diamond and Howard Quast of Huntington, OH. Ron enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and camping. He was a former Sullivan fireman and EMT. He had lived for the last 28 years in Florida. A graveside service will take place at Huntington Township Cemetery in the spring.
