Rosalie T. Stefano, 81, of New London died on Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Laurels of New London.  She was born April 13, 1938, the daughter of the late Harold and Charlotte Wilson.

Rosalie was born and raised in Fitchville; she was a 1956 graduate of New London High School.  A familiar face too many while working at the Fitchville Market.  Rosalie enjoyed the time she spent with her family and especially her grandchildren.   She will be fondly remembered for her love of reading and her favorite color was red.  Other hobbies she enjoyed were shooting guns and scratch off tickets.  Her whole world revolved around her grandchildren and great grandson.

Rosalie is survived by her children, Jackyline T. Bealer Stefano and John H. Stefano Jr; grandchildren, April (Dustin) Kotvasz, Nicole Stefano, Curtis Stefano; great-grandson, Zane Stefano; siblings, Barbara Urich, Ella Krisha, Jeannie St. Clair, Charlene Yates, Kathy Wilson, Fred, Tom, Robert and Kenny Wilson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John H. Stefano Sr., and brother, Billy Wilson.

Visitation will take place on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 11am - 1pm at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St. New London.  The funeral service will begin at 1 pm.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
