Roswitha "Rosie" Hennig, 82, of Nova, died Saturday, September 6, 2025, at her home.  She was born January 22, 1943, in Lieberose, Germany to the late Johanna (Schultze) and Anton Maly. Rosie enjoyed sewing, cooking especially for her family, and going on walks.  She was a member of the Donauschwaben Club in Olmsted Falls.

Rosie is survived by 3 children, Gabrielle (William Malbasa) Petrella of Cleveland, Michelle (Dalton) Espy of West Salem, and David Hennig of Nova; 7 grandchildren, Emily, Elisabeth, Rebbecca, Luke, Allison, Nadia, and Bruno; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Arnold Maly and Maria Karnowsky.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gunter Hennig; and brother, Frediche Maly.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 6-8 pm at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St, Wellington.  Funeral service will be held Friday, September 12, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Huntington Cemetery.
