Roy E. Eagle, age 63, of Nova, died unexpectedly, Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Samaritan Regional Hospital, Ashland. He was born February 15, 1947 in Ovapa, West Virginia. He was raised in Brimfield, Ohio and lived most of his life in the Ashland County and Clay County, West Virginia areas. Roy drove truck for Allied Van Lines and later Yellow Freight in Richfield, Ohio. He loved his family and grandchildren. Roy enjoyed cattle and farm sales. He is survived by the love of his life, Rachenea (Eismon) Eagle whom he married September 27, 1968; his children, Tammy (Dana) White of Sullivan, Ohio, Jody Lee (Lori) Eagle of Dayton, Ohio, Shane Marie (Jeremy) Simcox of Homerville, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; his mother, Mary Eagle; his siblings, William Dale Eagle, Clarence Gerald Eagle, Vonda Robinson, Norma Haynes, Patty Fields, Helen King and Donald Eagle. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Eagle and a brother, Ricky Eagle. There will be no services.
