Roy Howard Reep, 88, of Wellington, Ohio, passed away Saturday May 21, 2022, with family by his side.

Roy was born in 1933 in North Olmstead, Ohio to Howard T. Reep and Ethel Reep (nee Cabac).  Roy lived his early years in North Olmstead, but soon moved at a young age with his family to Clarksfield Township.  He went into the Army during the Korean War and was stationed at bases in England and was a proud veteran. While stationed in England, he met and married his wife Cynthia in October 1954. He worked at Ohio Body in New London for many years, built his own house and created his own mobile wash business. Roy enjoyed harness racing, joint owning a racehorse for a time and was considered an excellent handicapper.

He is survived by his former wife Cynthia Tebbutt; his daughter Cindy; his sons Dale, Clifford and David and his grandson, Thor Reep. He is predeceased by his sister Carol Cucco and survived by his sisters Shirley Osborn, Marilyn DeLapp, and Barbara Reagan as well as many other relatives and friends in northern Ohio.

A memorial reception for family and friends will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Friday, May 27, 2022, at Norton Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St, Wellington, Ohio.  Per his wishes, Roy will be cremated.
