Russell Karl Emch, 76, of New London, died February 10, 2013. He was born February 15, 1936, in Sandusky, to the late Otis K. Emch Jr. and Mildred Emch. Russell is survived by his children, Judi Emch of Greenwich, Anjalina Emch of North Fairfield and Russell Keith Emch of Greenwich; former wife, Kathleen Cook; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and sister, Judith Ann Duta of Medina. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna "Susie" Emch. Visitation 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service Thursday, February 14 at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in care of Eastman Funeral Home.
