Ruth Merillee Behrendsen, 70, of Greenwich, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at her home.   Ruth was born June 27, 1949 in Willard, Ohio, daughter of the late Gail H. and Thelma Lucille (Helsel) Chinell.    Ruth was a graduate of Attica High School.   She had worked at several area factories.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Behrendsen; her son, Clark  Behrendsen;  3 granddaughters, Mariah, Merillee, Samantha; her siblings, Linda Utz and Nancy Cochran.   She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Arick D. Behrendsen and brother, Ron Chinell.
