Norwalk, Ohio - Ruth C. Short, 95, joined her Lord in Heaven, Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Born August 31, 1920 in Black Water, Virginia, to the late Walker M. and Dolly (Bledsoe) Sturgill. A former Beautician, she found great comfort in the word of the Lord. Ruth is survived by her niece, Denise Delger of Norwalk, Ohio, and great niece, Arielle Delger.
