Samuel S. Yoder, 73, of Danville, OH passed away on April 28, 2020 at Fisher-Titus Hospital in Norwalk.  Samuel was born on June 17, 1946 in Trumbull County, OH.  He was the son of the late Simon P. and Frannie (Hostetler) Yoder.  Samuel was a self-employed painter and contractor.

Samuel is survived by his wife, Amelia (Gingerich) Yoder and sons; Simon, Benjamin, Daniel, Phineas, Jacob, Hezekiah and William Yoder; daughters, Elizabeth Yoder, Fanny Miller, Mary Troyer and Eleanor Yoder; siblings, John (Anna) Yoder, Andrew (Carol) Yoder, Simon (Bridget) Yoder Jr., Noah (Amanda) Yoder, Maryann Yoder and Lydia (Doyle) Lee.

Samuel was preceded in death by his siblings; David, Daniel, Joseph and Melvin Yoder, Katie Gingerich and Susan Slabaugh.
