Sarah Rennee Wargo, age 19, of Greenwich, died Sunday, February 22, 2009 at her home after 2 ' year illness. She was born December 24, 1989 in Norwalk. She had lived in the Ruggles Twp. and Greenwich areas her entire life. Sarah was a 2008 graduate of Mapleton High School. She had planned on attending North Central State College to study early childhood education. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, New London. Sarah enjoyed babysitting for family and loved working with children, music and writing poetry. She is survived by her parents Stephen and Karen (Marett) Wargo of Greenwich; her brothers, Christopher (Andrea) Marett and Joseph Wargo all of Greenwich; her maternal grandmother, Janet Wargo of New London; her paternal grandfather, George (Belle) Marett of the Philippines. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas J. Wargo in 2003 and her grandmother, Mary Marett in 2005. Friends may call from 2 ' 4 and 6 ' 8 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2009 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London where a Rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church, 18 Park Ave., New London with Rev. Doug Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, New London.
