Scott D. Brant, 47, of Norwalk, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2020 at Fisher Titus Medical Center after a sudden illness.  He was born on August 26, 1972 in Norwalk to the late Gerald Brant and Melba (Gregory) Alford.  Scott attended Edison High school and lived most of his life in the Norwalk area.

An ordained minister, Scott loved listening to music with his daughter Ally, and creating art with his daughter Lenah.  He enjoyed teaching his granddaughters and cherished any opportunity to play "hide and seek" with them.

Scott had worked in manufacturing and other jobs.

Survivors include his daughters, Aledia Brant of Norwalk and Lenah Brant of Pennsylvania; 2 grandchildren, Isabelle and Idel; brother, John (Jodi) Brant of Norwalk; sister, Ann-Marie Kerr of Bellevue; several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and best friend Marilyn Houghtlen.

In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his nephew,  Corey Henning.
