EASTMAN FUNERAL HOME 419-929-3781 Seth Everett David Ratliff, 26 of North Fairfield, died Thursday, August 9, 2018 at his home after a long struggle with chemical dependency. He was born December 19, 1991 in Norwalk. Seth had been a lifelong North Fairfield resident. Seth will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Nancy (Simon) Ratliff of North Fairfield; his brother, Preston (Crystal) Ratliff of Greenwich; his loving girlfriend, Sarah Chapman and her daughter, May; his sister, Stephanie Derby; his maternal grandparents, Norb and Jan Simon of Norwalk; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Charlene Ratliff. Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main St., Greenwich and from 10 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service on Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Brad Hayes officiating.
