Shane B. Webb, 37, of Willard, Ohio, died unexpectedly, on Monday, June 17, 2024, the result of an automobile accident. He was born on October, 21, 1986, in Sandusky, Ohio, to Bill and Shelley (Beck) Webb Jr. Shane graduated from South Central High School and EHOVE in 2005, where he studied the culinary arts. He continued his education at Sullivan University in Kentucky.
After high school, Shane went right to work applying his cooking skills at Bob Evans in Norwalk. He honed his skills and worked at Kalahari, Castaway Bay, T.G.I.F., Quaker Steak & Lube, Hotel Breakers, and for the last 12 years he was a Banquet Supervisor at Sawmill Creek Resort in Sandusky.
Shane was an avid outdoorsman, he particularly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and 4-wheelers.
He is survived by his parents, Billy (Shelley) Jr.; brother, Billy (Erin) Webb III; grandparents, Danial (Teddi) Beck, and Sarah Webb; niece, Lindsey; nephew, Ethan; uncles, Troy Webb, Scott (Becky) Beck; aunt, Cindy (Kim) Starkey, and many cousins.
Shane was preceded in death by his sister, Shannon Danielle Webb; grandfather, Bill Webb Sr.; and uncle, Ron Webb.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial visitation on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, OH 44857, from 10 a.m. until the time of the 12 p.m. (noon) memorial service. Pastor Joe Woodyard will officiate Shane's services. Inurnment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Pancreatic Association Foundation, (checks payable to APA Foundation), 3904 West 126th Street, Leawood, KS 66209.
