Sharon M. Moon, 69, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away on May 5, 2022, at Cleveland MetroHealth Hospital.  She was born on May 23, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Quindeen "Blackie" and Lillian (Sobeleski) Cesa.  Sharon graduated from Norwalk High School.

Although her socialization opportunities outside of the home were limited in recent years, Sharon enjoyed visiting on Facebook, luncheons with co-workers from Fannie Farmer and Epic Technologies, and any time spent with family especially her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She loved animals, especially her dogs.

Sharon had worked for Fannie Farmer and Epic Technologies, retiring from Epic when they moved the plant to Mexico.

She is survived by her children, Joe (December) Moon of Norwalk, Jacquie (Ken) Payne of Pennsylvania and Sarah Griggs of Wakeman; siblings, Tony (Florence) Cesa, Tom (Judy) Cesa and Rosie (Gary) Nardecchia; grandchildren, Allysa (James) Meola, Morgan Easter, Sharon (Cody) Moon, Joe Moon, Danielle and Andrew Griggs, and Cameron and Michael Payne; great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Adalynn, Novalee, and Brynlee Barnett, Evelyn Anderson, Kendall, Christian, and Hayden Green, and Starrlynn Horrigan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio from 9 a.m. until the time of the 11 a.m. service.  Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron.  Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the family in care of the funeral home or the Huron County Humane Society, 246 Woodlawn Ave., Norwalk, Ohio 44857.
