Shawn K. Ratliff

Shawn K. Ratliff, 63, of Norwalk, passed away after a brief illness.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Ratliff, whom he married on June 22, 1984; his three daughters, Kellie (Tony) Rowe, Kaylyne (Travis) Hancock, and Kyla Ratliff; and his three cherished grandchildren, Shawn Rowe, Lilly Hancock, and Katelyn Rowe. He is also survived by his father, Don V. Ratliff; his brother, Don C. Ratliff; and his sister, Shannon Mantz, all of Norwalk, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Ratliff; his brother, Brent Ratliff; and his nephew, Brandon Mantz.

Shawn worked at Norwalk Furniture for 22 years. He was a wonderful father, husband and papa. He had a great sense of humor and never missed an opportunity to make his family laugh, especially through his hilarious Snapchats. He loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. An avid knife collector and a skilled woodworker, Shawn found joy and purpose in craftsmanship and creativity.
