Sherida S. Braden, 71, of Collins, Ohio, passed away on February 3, 2021 at Fisher Titus Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on December 22, 1949 in Norwalk to the late Leroy and Vadis (Heath) Oney and graduated from Western Reserve High School in 1968.

Sherida enjoyed gambling and casinos and loved her dogs and family. During her retirement she cherished the "coffee club" with her sisters and brother. She was a member of the Norwalk Eagles Club 711 and had worked for the Norwalk Reflector early in her working career before spending 30 years at the Durable Corporation.

Survivors include her daughter, Shannon Braden; twin sister, Cathy (Mike) Croskey; sisters, Melanie Oney and Diane Rumsey; brother, Mark (Laurie) Oney and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Braden in 2019; daughter, Melissa Braden and sister, Deena Oney.

In keeping with Sherida's wishes, she will be cremated. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
