Shirley Ann Kelsey, 85, of Huntington Township, died Monday, September 25, 2023 at the Elms Retirement Village. Born on May 27, 1938 in Bethesda, she was the daughter of the late Herman Wilfred and Gail Ann (nee Wharton) Moore. Shirley was a 1956 graduate of Spencer High School.

Shirley worked for Family Cleaners in Wellington. She was a skilled homemaker and enjoyed gardening and canning. Shirley also enjoyed babysitting for family, traveling with her husband, and hosting family reunions on the farm.

Survivors include her husband, Wilbur Kelsey; children, Vicki Rollin, Mark Williams, and Thomas Williams; 14 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Sandy Mullins, Joann Norton, Janet Miller, Richard Moore; and step-brothers, Don and David Labeau. Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband Eugene Harold Williams.
