New London, Ohio - Shirley E. Seville, 86, of New London, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, Ohio. She was born June 27, 1932 in North Fairfield, Ohio, to the late Gladden F. and Elizabeth Ellen (Grady) Swaney, and was a lifelong area resident. Shirley was a 1950 graduate of North Fairfield High School, and a 25 year employee of Norwalk Furniture. She was a former employee of Gilbert's Sand and Gravel Company, and enjoyed reading, and crocheting. Shirley is survived by her children, Debora L. Ward of Huron, Ohio, Terri L. (David) Francis of New London, Ohio, Gladden L. (Valorie) Seville of New London, Ohio, and Jeffrey A. (Kathi) Seville of Norwalk, Ohio, by 10 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Seville in 1981, by her sister, Helen Ruffing, and by her son in law, Alvin Ward in 2018. Friends may call on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Meadow Green Memorial Park, 2602 Bogart Road, Huron, Ohio 44839.
