Shirley Ann Sikora, 82, of Wellington, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Born on August 13, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Katherine (nee Gfell) and John Greenwald. Shirley had spent most of her life in Wellington, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband and was a member of the Red Barn Riders motorcycle group. Shirley loved to watch the humming birds in her yard and also enjoyed to crochet. Her family will always remember her beautiful singing voice. Above all, Shirley loved and cherished her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She leaves behind her loving husband of 64 years, Joseph J. Sikora; children, James Michael (Shirley) Sikora, of Wakeman, Louise Ann (Alan) Pasadyn and Christopher Charles (Teresa) Sikora, both of Elyria, Sharon Merle (Perry) Norton, of Wellington, Rebecca Marie (Roy) Shonkwiler, of New London, and Victoria Alice Sikora, of Lorain; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sandra (Dan) Mundy, Patty and John Greenwald. She is preceded in death by her brother, Tom Greenwald. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 22, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington, where services will be held on Monday, April 23 at 11am. Rev. Thomas Alexander will officiate and burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Wellington.
