Stacy R. Moore

It is with great sadness, and heavy hearts, that the family announces the passing of Stacy Rena Moore, age 52. A former resident of Fitchville, Ohio, and most recently of Beallsville, Ohio, Stacy was born on March 20, 1974, in Paintsville, Kentucky, to the late Ray and Christal (Campbell) Moore. She graduated from New London High School/EHOVE.

Stacy lived her life with an open heart and generous spirit. She was warm, loving, patriotic, and kind, leaving behind a legacy of love and unforgettable memories. It has been said that Stacy never met a stranger—and she had a remarkable knack for turning new acquaintances into lifelong friends.

Above all else, Stacy cherished her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. They were the light of her life, and she found tremendous joy in spending time with them, creating treasured memories filled with laughter, love, and adventure.

Stacy had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and often found solace near the water. Whether she was swimming, relaxing by the lake, or simply enjoying nature, she embraced every opportunity to be outside. She also loved traveling and exploring new places, eager for chances to experience the beauty of the world around her.

Though her passing leaves a huge void, Stacy's love and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of all who loved her including her children, Michaela (Justin) Eaton, and Brandon Lewis; grandchildren, Dominic, Diesel, and Marley Eaton, and Leo, Kara, Dante, and Sienna Lewis; and sister, Kristy (Jeff) Potter.

In addition to her parents, Stacy was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Moore in 1994.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 22, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Hileman Building, in the New London Rec Park, (2 Blake St.). Family and friends are invited to gather there to honor Stacy's life, share stories, and celebrate the love and happiness she brought to so many. Friends and family are also encouraged to enjoy nature and the outdoors and celebrate and also to remember her in whatever unique way that you can.
