Stanley R. Obrenovich, 85, of Norwalk, passed away, Monday, March 27, 2023, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.

Stanley was born on December 23, 1937, in Norwalk, to the late Stella (Djekic) Obrenovich and George Obrenovich. He graduated from Norwalk High School and served in the United States Army as a Sargeant 1st Class. Stanley was a dedicated employee of the railroad for over 20 years. In his later year, he was a self-employed businessman. Stanley volunteered at the Salvation Army and was involved in a lot of projects as a member of the Norwalk City Council. In his spare time, Stanley enjoyed growing vegetables in his garden. He worked hard at everything he did.

Stanley is survived by his loving wife, Betty (Tima) Obrenovich, whom he married on December 31, 1961; 3 sons, Mark Obrenovich of Cleveland, Keith Obrenovich of Norwalk, and Kenny Obrenovich of Norwalk, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike and Nick.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857.
