Stephanie Landy

October 3, 1961 — January 27, 2026

Stephanie Landy (née Mutnansky), 64, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026.

Born on October 3, 1961, in Lorain, Ohio, Stephanie made her home in Norwalk, where she built a life centered on faith, family, and selfless love. She loved the LORD fiercely and lived her life as a reflection of that devotion—serving others with kindness, strength, humor, and an open heart. She never met a stranger.

Stephanie was a devoted mother to her four children, whom she loved beyond measure: Sarah (James) Ramsey, Elisabeth (Sean) Davis, Emily (Christopher) Wilson, and Stephen (Samantha) Landy. She was especially proud of her role as Maw Maw and poured her whole heart into her grandchildren: Jesse, Carter, Liam, Izabella, Gavin, Kinleigh, Declan, Finn, Scarlett, and Asher.

Her faith sustained her, and she often spoke with joyful anticipation of the mansion in Heaven prepared for her by the LORD, where she longed to finally hold her firstborn son, Jesse Alan Landy, who was stillborn and whom she carried in her heart her entire life.

Stephanie is also survived by her siblings Cheryl Mutnansky, Mary Mutnansky, and Peter Mutnansky, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her many brothers and sisters in Christ, whom she loved deeply.

She was preceded in death by her son Jesse Alan Landy, her parents, James and Florence Mutnansky, and her brothers Marty Mutnansky and Jim Mutnansky.
