Norwalk, Ohio - Stephen M. Petry, 50, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016, in the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, Ohio. He was born February 3, 1965 in Nicholas County, West Virginia, to the late Donald S. and Mary Lou (Brown) Petry. He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Mary Ann (Jacobs) Petry, by his children, Stacia Petry, Cody Kerr, Nicole (Blain) Crubaugh, and Catie Smith. Stephen is also survived by his siblings, Mike Petry, Brenda (Blair) Chandler, and Donald Petry. A celebration of Stephen's life will be held at a later date. There will be no calling hours.
