Stephen A. Suvar, 66, of Wakeman, Ohio, passed away on November 21, 2021. He was born on February 12, 1955 to the late Frances (Meciak) and George Suvar.

He was a 1973 graduate of North Ridgeville High School and retired from the City of Oberlin. He attended Our Lady Lourdes Parish in New London, Ohio and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wakeman, Ohio, and he was a member of the Wakeman Eagles. Stephen enjoyed attending auctions, traveling to contra dancing events, gathering walnuts in the fall, and sharing the fruits and vegetables from his garden each year.

Stephen is survived by his girlfriend, Kathy Sell; siblings, George (Becky) Suvar, Andy (Shelley) Suvar, Susan (Larry) Boehler, and Fran Ramey; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

His family will receive guests at the Our Lady Lourdes Parish, 18 Park Avenue, New London, Ohio 44851 on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in New London, Ohio.
