Obituary

Sue L. Petric, age 43, of Wellington, died Saturday, October 20, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Petric was born September 9, 1964 in Cheverly, Maryland. She attended Valley Forge Christian College in Pennsylvania. Sue lived in the Cleveland and Columbus areas before moving to Wellington in 2003. She had previously attended the Assembly of God Church in Willoughby Hills. Together Sue and her husband Mark ministered to people everywhere they went. They served the Bedford Assembly of God Church in Bedford, Ohio and the Eastgate Assembly of God Church in Columbus. They were presently serving the New Life Assembly of God Church in Wellington. She was actively involved in all the churches they served and loved by everyone. Sue was also employed in the office at Weber's Health Care in Wellington. She was an avid Browns fan. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Rev. Mark Petric; 2 daughters, Heidi (Andy) Archer of Wellington and Holly at home; a son, Danny Petric at home; her parents, Merle & Renda Sasscer of Maryland; her father in law & mother in law, Michael & Joyce Broeckel of Willoughby Hills; a brother, Richard Sasscer; and 3 sisters, Roberta Sasscer, Melinda Sheranko and Pamela Mancini all of Maryland. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2007 and 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Friday, October, 26, 2007 at the New Life Assembly of God Church, 108 West Street, Wellington. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Avon Christian Heritage Center, 36465 Chester Road, Avon with Rev. Steve Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington. A memorial fund for the Petric family has been created and donations may be made at any Fifth Third Bank.
